A.   Resolution HA2023-02 - Dissolving the Clinton Regional Hospital Governing Board as Previously Reconstituted by Resolution HA2022-01

B.   Approval of Second Amended Declaration of Trust of The Clinton Hospital Authority, Including the Appointment of Trustees per Article VII (1) of the Trust Indenture

C.   Budget Amendment - Supplemental Appropriation to the budget portion of fund balance for Hospital Operations and Facility Costs, including Personnel costs, Utilities, Contractual Services, and Facility Maintenance

D.   Request for Executive Session Pursuant to Section 307 B (4) of the OK Open Meeting Act Confidential Communications Between a Public Body and Its Attorney Regarding Clinton HMA, LLC, Plaintiff and the Clinton Hospital Authority, Defendant
