F.  Acknowledge/Approve Approval by the Clinton Hospital Authority of the Second Amended Declaration of Trust of The Clinton Hospital Authority

G. Reschedule the Regular Meetings on Tuesday July 4, 2023 to Another Date

H. Budget Amendment:  Supplemental appropriation for Sales Tax Collections received over Revenue Estimate and corresponding Sales Tax Transfer Out Appropriation to PWA, for debt service payment on 2014 PWA Revenue Bonds

I.   Agreement with Garver, LLC for Professional Engineering Services for Waterline Relocations in the Exits 65/65A Project Area

J.    Agreement with Garver, LLC for Professional Engineering Services for Sewer Line Relocations in the Exits 65/65A Project Area.
