A.  Discuss the Community Development Block Grant #17852 CDBG 20 (CDBG) for Clinton Lake Water Treatment Plant Improvement Project.

 

4.    Discussion, Consideration, And Possible Action(s) Regarding:

 

A. Ordinance No. 1024 –  An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Clinton, Oklahoma, Amending Chapter 10, Section 1-2 of the Clinton City Code, As Amended by Adopting the 2018 International Building Code and International Residential Code; Amending Section 2-5 by Adopting the 2020 National Electric Code; Amending Section 3-1 by Adopting the 2018 Property Maintenance Code; Amending Section 4-5 by Adopting the 2018 International Fuel Gas Code; Amending Section 5-1 by Adopting the 2018 International Mechanical Code; Amending Section 6-1 By Adopting The International Plumbing Code; and Amending Section 7-2 by Adopting the International Fire Code;

B.   Emergency Provision of Ordinance No. 1024;

C. Budget Amendment - Supplemental Appropriation of unused fund balance to Other Uses/Transfers Out, for the purpose of a transfer to the Clinton Economic Development Authority (CEDA) for the purchase of the Tradewinds Property.
