3.    PUBLIC HEARING FOR REZONING

 

A.      L and S Land Development Company, LLC’s Request to Rezone from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-1 Single Family Residential) for the New Twin Oaks Ridge Housing Addition at 2724 S. Chapman Road, more fully described as: Clinton City Tracts all Blk 2 & Pt Blk 3 – Irwin Heights Addition in NW/C NW/4 27-12-17, Clinton, Custer County, OK 73601).

 

4.    DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING

 

A.  Ordinance 1014 – Rezoning

B.  Emergency Provision of Ordinance No. 1014

C.  Ordinance 1015 – Amending Section 3-1-2© of the City of Clinton Code of  Ordinances by adding a Second Paragraph to this Section regarding the Purchase  of “Consumables”; and declaring an emergency to exist.

D.  Emergency Provision of Ordinance No. 1015

E.   Resolution No.934:  Designation of Brett Russell as the City of Clinton’s Point of Contact Regarding the National Incident Management System (Nims) Incident Management for the City of Clinton;

F.    Resolution 935 - Acknowledging the City of Clinton’s previous Participation and Requesting Continued Participation in the Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group (OMAG) Recognition Program;

G.  Supplemental Easement Offer from PSO at Klump Park for the Clinton-Foss Tap Transmission Line Rebuild Project
