3.    DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION(S) REGARDING:

 

A.   Ratify City Manager’s Execution of Purchase Orders for H & H Shooting Sports for Pistols, Rifles & Associated Equipment to be Used by the Clinton Police Department, for Chickasaw Personal Communications for Handheld Radios to be Used by the Clinton Police Department and for McKinsey Ford for a 2024 F250 Command Vehicle to be Used by the Clinton Fire Department (Capital Improvement Expenditures)

B.   Request for Executive Session, Pursuant to Section 307 (B) 1 of the OK Open Meeting Act for the Purpose of Discussing the “Mutually Agreed Upon Process, Form, Criteria and Format” for the Performance Evaluation of the City Manager Robert B. Johnston.

C.  Reconvene from Executive Session.

D.  Any Action(s) Arising Out of the Executive Session.
