A.   Minutes of the November 1, 2022, Regular Meeting

 

3.    Discussion, Consideration, And Possible Action Regarding

 

A.   Resolution 943 - Authorizing the Completion of the Necessary Actions for the Clinton Fire Department to be Certified by the Oklahoma Department of Health as a Pre-Hospital Emergency Medical Response Agency (EMRA);

B.   Resolution 944 - Authorizing OMAG to Distribute Escrow Account Funds;

C.   Resolution 945 – Declaring the Eligibility of the City of Clinton to Submit An Applications to Oklahoma Department of Transportation for Use of Transportation Alternatives Programs TAP Funds Set Forth by IIJA for the McLain Rogers Park ADA Project in Clinton, OK and Authorizing the Mayor to Sign This Application;

D. Recommendation from the CEDA Regarding the Demolition Bids for Structures at the Former Glancy Motel and Pop Hicks Restaurant Properties;  

E. Authorize Execution of a Demolition Agreement with the Lowest & Best Bidder for Structures at the Former Glancy Motel and Pop Hicks Restaurant Properties;

F.    OMAG Recognition Award
