A.   Minutes of the October 4, 2022, Regular Meeting

B.   Street Closure Requests:

i.      Clinton Chamber of Commerce Trunk or Treat Frisco Avenue 10th Street to 4th Street October 31, 2022, from 5:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.

ii.   Clinton Chamber of Commerce Veteran’s Day Parade Frisco Avenue 10th Street to 4th Street November 11, 2022, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

iii.  Clinton Chamber of Commerce Festival of Lights Frisco Avenue 10th Street to 4th Street 5:45 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. and close Frisco Avenue from 5th Street to 7th Street from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for Festival of Lights Events;

C.   Budgeted Capital Improvement Fund Purchase of Three New Police Cars from McKinsey Motors for the Total Cost of $104,406.00.

 

3.    DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING

 

A.      Approval of Pay Request No. Two in the Amount of $97,155.00 by Walters-Morgan Construction on the Clinton Lake WTP PAC Project – CDBG 17852 (City to Pay $47,577.50 from Bond Construction Fund and $47,577.50.00 to be Paid from 17552 CDBG 20 Funds)
