A.    Request to Rezone the Property at 900 S. 10th within the City of Clinton, Custer               County, Oklahoma from General Commercial (C-4)  to Heavy Commercial (C-5) District

 

4.      DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING:

 

A.      Ordinance 1009 - Changing the Zoning of Real Property at 900 S. 10th Street within the City of Clinton, Custer County, Oklahoma from General Commercial (C-4) to  Heavy Commercial (C-5) District ;

B.   Emergency Provision of Ordinance No. 1009;

C.   1733 Walton Road Condemnation.

D.     Clinton Public Schools Request to Close Frisco Avenue from 5th Street to 10th Street for Homecoming Parade, Thursday, September 16, 2021, 7:00 p.m.

E.      AIM Indian Territory request for parade and rally starting at 1198 Nowahy Avenue Noon Lions Park and ending at Clinton Police Department.
