C.   Ratify the Execution of the “Bill of Sale and Transfer of Ownership” by Police Chief De La Torre of a K-9 Referred to as “Momma Bear” to the Clinton Police Department

Request for Executive Session for confidential communications with its attorneys concerning initiating legal proceedings regarding Estate of Butch Thomas Herndon vs. City of Clinton, Case No. CIV-23-86-F, if the Councilmembers, with the advice of its attorney(s), determine that disclosure will seriously impair its ability to process the action in the public interest, pursuant to 25 Oklahoma Statutes. § 307.B.4 and A.G. Opinion 05-29
