A.  Resolution 962 – Declaring an Emergency to Exist Regarding the Urgent Need to Reopen Clinton Regional Hospital, and Acknowledging that Consequently, the Clinton Hospital Authority Will Utilize Exceptions to the Competitive Bidding Ordinances as Authorized by Section 3-1-1 (C) of the Clinton City Code Regarding

Declaring An Emergency To Exist Regarding The Urgent Need To Reopen Clinton Regional Hospital And Authorizing The Clinton Hospital Authority To Utilize The Exceptions To The City’s Competitive Bidding Ordinances As Authorized By Subsection 3-1-1 (C) (4) Of The Clinton City Code.

 

B.  Resolution 963 – Authorizing the Transfer of Certain Properties Presently   Owned by the City of Clinton to the Clinton Industrial Authority by Quit Claim Deed to Facilitate Disposal of Those Properties in the Future
