3. DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING:
A. Request for Executive Session for confidential communications with its attorneys concerning initiating legal proceedings regarding the licensure of Clinton Regional Hospital, if the Trustees, with the advice of its attorneys, determine that disclosure will seriously impair its ability to process the action in the public interest, pursuant to 25 Oklahoma Statutes. § 307.B.4 and A.G. Opinion 05-29
B. Reconvene from Executive Session
C. Any Action(s) Resulting from Executive Session Discussion
D. Authorization for Chairman to take all actions which might be necessary, before the next regular meeting, in order to obtain operating license from the Oklahoma State Department of Health, including execution of applications, execution of agreements with the Oklahoma State Department of Health, meeting individually with counsel for the Authority, meeting with representatives of the Oklahoma State Department of Health, and litigation against the Oklahoma State Department of Health.
