C.   Acknowledge Notice Dated 4/3/2023 from Sparklight Regarding an Increase in Download Speed and Corresponding Rate Increase for its High-Speed Internet Plans; and

D.   Approval for Streets Blockage Request Received April 13, 2023 for Clinton High School Prom being held April 23, 2023 at Redland Theatre 608 W. Frisco; .

 

3.    Discussion, Consideration, And Possible Action(s) Regarding:

 

A. Supplemental Budget Appropriations for the Purpose of a Transfer to the Clinton Economic Development Authority for the Demolition Costs in the amount of $284,000 of the Glancy/Pop Hicks and Tradewinds Properties;

B. Ballot for Three (3) OK Municipal Assurance Group (OMAG) Trustee Candidates;

C. Ratify Mayor and/or City Manager’s Execution of Grant Documents for a National Parks Service “Route 66 Corridor Preservation Program” Grant Submitted on 4/14/2023.
