B.      Acknowledge Approval by Clinton City Council of Pay Request No. Two in the Amount of $97,155.00 by Walters-Morgan Construction on the Clinton Lake WTP PAC Project CDBG 17582 (City to Pay $47,577.50 from Bond Construction Fund and $47,577.50.00 to be Paid from 17552 CDBG 20 Funds).
