A.   Request by Michael Garthright to rezone of tract of land lying in the Clinton City Tracts 207” Frontage -TR in SW/4 26-12-17, City of Clinton, Custer County, Oklahoma (AKA1750 S HWY 183) said property to be changed for C-1 (Office Commercial District to I-2 (Light Industrial District) City Limits of the City of Clinton, Custer County, Oklahoma.

A.  Ordinance No. 1022- An Ordinance Changing the Zoning of Certain Real Property within the City of Clinton, Oklahoma and Declaring an Emergency – 1750 SHWY Clinton, OK, Owner – Michael Garthright

C.  Recommendation/Request for Funding to Demolish Specified Buildings/Structures at
