C.  Emergency Provision of Ordinance No. 1019;

D.  Resolution No. 939 – Approving the FYE 23 General Fund Budget and Budgets of the Clinton Public Works Authority, Clinton Economic Development Authority, Clinton Hospital Authority, Clinton Recreational Authority, Clinton Airport Authority, Clinton Industrial Authority, and Clinton Solid Waste Authority;

E.  Resolution No. 940 – Declaring Certain Clinton Economic Development Authority (CEDA) Assets to be Surplus Property and Authorizing the Disposal of Same;
