A.   Minutes of the May 3, 2022, Regular Meeting

B.   Acknowledge Receipt of Oklahoma Department Environmental Quality Permit Number WL000020220244 – Twin Oaks Ridge Addition Waterline and Permit Number SL000020220245 Twin Oaks Ridge Addition Sanitary Sewer.

 

3.    DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING

 

A.    Resolution No. 938 -- Consider and take action with respect to a resolution of the City of Clinton, Oklahoma (the “City”) approving the incurrence of indebtedness by The Clinton Public Works Authority (the “Authority”) issuing its Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2022 (Clinton Public Schools) (the “Bonds”); providing that the organizational document creating the Authority is subject to the provisions of the Bond Indenture authorizing the issuance of said Bonds; waiving competitive bidding and authorizing the sale of said Bonds by the Authority at negotiated sale and at a price less than par; approving the forms of a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and an Official Statement relating to the Bonds; authorizing the execution of all necessary documents, and containing other provisions relating thereto;

B.    Pursuant to Section 5-1-9(D)1 of the Clinton City Code Finding that a Nuisance Does or Does Not Exist at 120 S. 11th Street, Potentially Directing Abatement within a Specified Time and Authorizing Summary Abatement if the Specified Deadline is Not Met;

C.   Overview of FYE 23 Budget Process
