Approval of Retainer Agreement with Outside Tax Counsel Retention of Hawkins, Delafield & Wood LLP as Special Counsel in Connection with Audit Relative to the Clinton Public Works Authority Utility System and Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2014 and Authorizing the Execution of Documents Related to the Retention of said Firm.
