A. Third Extension of the Agricultural Lease with Ladd Hudgins for Property Adjacent to the Clinton Waste Water Treatment Plant;

B. Extension of the Agricultural Lease with Jeff Davis for the Hudgins Property Adjacent to the Clinton Waste Water Treatment Plant;

C. Request for Executive Session for the Purpose of Confidential Communications Between a Public Body and Its Attorney Concerning a Pending Action if the Public Body, with the Advice of Its Attorney, Determines that Disclosure will Seriously Impair the Public Body Proceeding in the Public Interest, Pursuant to Title 25, Section 307(B)(4),Oklahoma Statutes – Open Meeting Act;

D. Reconvene to Regular Session;

E. Any Action(s) Arising Out of the Executive Session.
