3.      DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING:

 

A.   Development Agreement with Land S Development Company for a Planned New Residential Housing Development at S. 28th & Chapman Avenue;

B.   Ordinance No. 1008 - Amending Title 9, Chapter 1, Section 1 of the Clinton City Code Regarding the Fee to Fund Emergency Medical Service for Citizens of Clinton, Oklahoma, and Business Users of City of Clinton, Oklahoma Water;

C.   Emergency Provision for Ordinance No. 1008;

D.   Agreement to Provide Ambulance Services Between Sinor Emergency Medical Service, Inc. (SEMS) and the City of Clinton;

E.     Sale of Surplus Property at 223 N. 4th (S. 100 ft of Lots 10-12, Block 28, Original Townsite);
