            Water Project from the Clinton Public Works Authority

            B.  Consider Resolution 859 regarding acceptance of responsibility for the repairs to the
            West High Side Water Tower from the Clinton Public Works Authority

      C.  Consider and take action to accept bid on repairs to West High Side Water tower

      D.  Consider and take action on purchase of a new Rescue Vehicle for the Clinton Fire Department

      E.  Consider and take action to surplus current Rescue Vehicle to sell, donate or otherwise dispose of

      F.   Consider Declaration of Emergency, under 60 OS s 176(H) in order to avoid loss of life, substantial damage to property, or damage to the public peace and safety; in order to repair West High Side Water tower
