  1. DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING:

 

A.   Resolution 1007- Accepting FAA grants AIP 3-40-0021-022-2025, AIG 3-40-0021-023-2025, and AIG 3-40-0021-024-2026, for “Construct Hangars” and authorizing the Mayor to execute the grant agreements upon receipt from FAA.

B.   Accept a grant from the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics (ODAA), in the amount of $769,151.00, for “Construct Hangars”, and authorize the Mayor to sign the grant application and agreement

C.   Award the construction contract for “Construct Hangar” to Scott Selsor Construction, in the amount of $1,612,479.60, subject to the receipt of the FAA and ODAA grants.  These costs are included in the FAA and ODAA grants listed above; the City of Clinton will have a net 5% share.

D.   Amendment No. 11 to the Owner-Engineer Agreement between the City and Parkhill for construction phase services for “Construct Hangars”.  These costs are included in the FAA and ODAA grants above; the City of Clinton will have a net 5% share.

E.   Bid Acceptance – Clinton Regional Hospital Roof Repairs (Capital Improvement Fund Expenditure)

F.    Presentation from Route 66 Centennial Committee Representative(s) Regarding Potential Projects to be Funded by another Route 66 Centennial Grant.
